Financial and Operation Reports

There are one operation and financial summary report and eight detailed reports. Each report consists of the following sections:


  • Charting Section. The main features of this section are:
    1. In this section could contain one, two or three charting sections.
    2. Each charting section could contain one, two, three, or four chart areas.
    3. Each chart could include one, two, three or four sets of plotting data.
    4. All charts are printable.
    5. Most of the data points have:
      • tooltip which shows the X-axis value and the corresponding Y-axis value.
      • drill-down floating min-chart which shows the break down of the Y-Value in terms of complimentary data attribute.
      • click-even which leads to print the drill down mini chart.
  • Data Section.
    1. The data behind each chart is viewable and printable.
    2. The main formats of the data layout are the normal list and grouped lists.
  • Command Section. This section includes the following:
    1. Filter sub-section. The filter includes several attributes besides the date range.
    2. Chart styling sub-section. There are several chart styles (e.g. bar, column, line, pie, line, ...) that you can select to configure the chart format. Also, we can select to see the chart in 2D or 3D style.
    3. Display and print sub-section. You can print the charts and the data separately.

Summary Report


This quick report which is part of the main dashboard, covers all aspects of your business with very good insight through the numbers. The report can be produced based on (a) a last number of days from the current date and (b) given date range (from to date). The date range can be open on both limits, one of the limits (i.e. the from or To). The coverage of this report includes:

  1. Inventory Items.
  2. CRM issues from clients.
  3. CRM issues from suppliers.
  4. Orders
    • Sales Orders.
    • Purchase Orders.
  5. Invoices:
    • Sales (AR) Invoices.
    • Purchase (AP) Invoices.
